Our Whitsundays campus is located in Cannonvale, the business precinct of the Whitsundays region. Located just three kilometres from the popular tourist destination of Airlie Beach, you'll have easy access to many attractions in the area including beautiful beaches, lagoons, foreshore, whitsunday, entertainment and nightlife. Our Whitsundays campus specialises in hospitality with a full service training restaurant and cafe operated and staffed by hospitality and cookery students. As well as having a full range of hospitality courses including cookery, kitchen operations, and responsible service of alcohol RSAthe chat also offers courses in early childhood education and care. Palmers training restaurant and cafe gives our hospitality students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment. While our cookery students are busy in the kitchen, our hospitality students manage the front-of-house, preparing and serving food and beverages to paying customers.

Accommodation Hotel 3Boat 2. Itinerary Expand All Collapse All. Day 1: Day 1: Airlie Beach. Enjoy views of the reef, rainforest and coastline as well as keeping an eye out for some of the beautiful birdlife on the island including rainbow lorikeets, currawongs and endangered bush stone curlews. Please consider your swimming competency before getting in the water. Today brings an end to your time on the boat, as you slowly whitsunday your way back to the mainland. Head to your resort accommodation to check in and then enjoy a free afternoon and evening.
A short bushwalk inland will take you to the equally famous Hill Inlet Lookout for a gorgeous view of the beach below and the swirling sands of Hill Inlet. Spend time exploring some of the stunning islands within the archipelago, snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef and appreciating the unique tropical chat, wildlife and culture of the area.
